A Violin Played

Part of a poem that I never finished. I guess I just lost my grip on the inspiration that initially drove it. Shrug. I dunno.

A single violin played:

One, sole, lonesome note

The strings, they made;

Breathing life to all he wrote

The bow did carve

With such perfection

Scaling the stave

With precise direction

Over this legato

Another, second, violin,

Singing a brave staccato

Marched right in
