Said Andre Beer,
"All but here, I see no love
The dying embers are my only joy

The dancing boy my only smile
The kiss-me girl won't stay a while
I feel the pain of might have been

And seen an angel in a crying bride
Who can't abide my morbid heart
Nor depart from here to there

Or care for ought but dazzled days
And all the ways of kissing death."
