I always wanted someone,
for a shoulder to cry on,
then wipe away my tears.

I always wanted someone,
to hug me just because,
and wash away my fears.

I always wanted someone,
to kiss me on the lips,
and nibble on my ears.

I always wanted someone,
to hold me through the night,
and always keep me near.

I always wanted someone,
to want me to tag along,
and watch the sunset at the pier.

I always wanted someone,
just like you for all these things,
but your just my reflection in a mirror.
