Emptiness

Frightening screams,
of broken dreams,
nightmares themes,
or so it seems.

Cold wind blows,
moonlight glows,
death shows,
on a blackened rose.

Sorrow sensation,
eternal damnation,
confused frustration,
in life's creation.

Eyes of black,
look back,
visual smack,
mind attack.

Thanks so much! ~JT~

This is a really interesting poem, the way it represents itself to me is as if it symbolises life. We live only to dream and dream only to have them broken while in the the end life is just a dark continuous cycle where our final rest is death. That just my perspective though. Well done with this one.

Thanks again. I'm still not sure where this one came from, it just ended up on the paper. ~JT~
