Story of a Rainbow
The story of a rainbow,
I no longer believe it's true,
no pot of gold down below,
or Leprechaun in view.
I think it's a pathway,
to heavens door,
for those who have passed away,
to help their spirits soar.
A rainbow is a sign of hope,
for those in dire straits,
having a hard time to cope,
to know better things await.
A road to heavens gate,
to the afterlife gardens,
in the ultimate estate,
where we receive our pardons.
When we pass on,
we should look for the rainbow dome,
that has been drawn,
on this earth, to take us home.
