The comfort of today is so sweet
It drizzles like honey upon my heart
Slowing its beat
And making my steady calm
It’s heat is peace upon my skin
Letting it free
Of any heavy garment
It’s wind is light
Moving my hair
In a gentle caress
It smooths like butter upon my tongue
The tip of my taste
Is satisfied
It encircles my frame
Making me stay in its embrace
For long hours
Today's comfort is sweet
