A day ago,
I met this woman.
She was quite far
from being pretty...
All of those wrinkles
that strangely shaped face,
and those... clothes.

Oh my, who could ever
forget those clothes... and...
her hair - unbrushed;
her clothes - unwashed.
Oh, but I felt so...
damn sorry,
but not for her.

I was sorry for everyone who's
missed the opportunity to meet her;
for everyone who's looked at her,
without seeing anything
but the way she looks,
without even taking
the moment to talk to her.

But I'm happy... and even lucky
that I had the chance
to get to know her, even though...
... I admit...
I judged her by her look,
but it's never too late to change your mind,
especially when you see what's hiding behind.
