As my heart gives up
The light dims
As I start to leave
I feel fear
Unknown to all
If I see the pearly gates
I shake in fear
What I done with my life
Seems so small
My family around
Watching me as I go
Remorse on there face
At one point
They will all know
What I feel
There is no pain
There’s this emptiness instead
When I close my eyes
I will truly see
What’s gonna happen to me
I will see what other assume they know
Then I can never tell
