In life, they've always said

The best stories, have already been read

But this one

Is not like any other

They come, far and wide

To hear me, tell my tales

To see me, in my glory

To revel in my honor.

But no one knows,

Of the battles I've fought

And the hopes and dreams, I've sought.

Through trials, I have overcome,

I am a warrior poet,

Swift as the sea

Passionate as a flame

I will be victorious, warrior poet.

It has, been told

To hear my epic journey unfold

Is something out of a mystery.

But, they do not know,

Of the demons I've slain,

And the impossible dreams, that have caused me pain

But through trials, I have overcome,

I am a warrior poet,

Swift as the sea

Passionate as a flame

I will be crowned, warrior poet.

But in the end,

The tower has fallen

And the mistress, is dead

So where will I be?

Lost in the wood?

Gone into the void,

Never to return?

I was a warrior poet

Swift as the sea

Passionate as a flame,

I was crowned, warrior poet.
