True story, this happened to me as a child. It was probabaly was a result of the heat and fear, but none the less it probably saved my life.

A raft drifts out to sea,

On it,

A young boy sleeps,

From his view,

Loved ones are unseen,

His opens his eyes

taking in the greenness,

Of this massive sea,

He looks at the water,

Taking by it's deep,

Black darkness, yet, so full of life,

But also so very heartless.

Out of the black,

A face emerges,

A beautiful woman arises,

She smiles,

They stared

in each others eyes for a while,

He took in her,

Green hair and skin,

She looks to where land gathers,

Then she submerges.

He pattles for what seems hours,

Greeted by his father,

Embraced by huges,

And sweet smelling towels
