Riddle me this. What am I?

I have eyes, but I do not see,

I can not see you joy,

Or your tears when you greave.

I have ears, but can not hear,

Deaf to your hopes,

I do not hear your fears.

I have a nose, but can not breathe,

I can not smell you poverty,

But I can make you green.

Some consider me a god,

For me, man will do wrong,

I can be weak or strong.

I have been live stock,

I have been metal,

I have been trees,

I have been buried,

And found at the bottom of the seas.

i can not speak,

I can not dance,

For me, man will go to their god,

And beg for me down on their knees.

Some love my smell,

Others think I look lovely,

Have you guessed my name?

Most call me money.
