A broken soul
she was before
she cried for help
but no-one heard,
Empty inside
alone she was
no where to turn
but to her buzz,
Consumed with pain
she rejected it all
she just needed you
to catch her as she would fall,
But she had not a soul
to push her past the pain
she was stuck in a storm
and all it could do was rain,
She quickly began
to lose her mind
lost in her thoughts
she wouldn't let anyone inside,
Something happened though
she met him
her world seemed brighter
so she let him in,
A chance she took
on a beautiful boy
to save her soul
to fill her with joy,
And that she was
happy as can be
she finally found
someone to set her free,
He took her hand
she held on tight
he held her close
as she won the fight,
The battle deep
inside her heart
he saved this girl
from being torn apart.
