Love Lost At Sunrise

~~Love hurts.Though, a life without love is a hollow, unfeeling, existence~~ ~UnspokenSoul22
Saddest sorrow of all the sweetest demises:
The rhythm drew me in,
Caressing the planes of my face and soul,
As the music whisked me off my feet,
Slight fantasies breaking forth like the dawn in the cold, frosty darkness.
Halo of gold curl,
Crown of grapevine,
The curve of her hips,
Snared in a cascade of silk.
Irresistible is the passion,
Bleeding into the thick air as a sweet perfume,
A craving awaken,
Growling now, for more.
Something pulling,
A force pushing,
Suddenly,
There's no space to breathe.
Just her and I in the moonlight,
Moorings of the twilight twining us as one,
Swaying about and around,
Whilst as long as till the sunlight burns down,
Savoring each touch and taste,
Ever minute together in that trance,
Blinded by the beauty afoot.
Awed by the flame of the moment,
Stunned by the soft radiance of the other,
Thrilled by the feeling of oneness,
Saddened at the thought of leaving,
As the sun twinkled high in the morn' sky.
'Twas the time of my life, my darling,
Though, now 'tis be the dawning of our goodbye.
