Heaven,
It’s where all of us want to go.
But to get to heaven
We must battle a foe.
We must fight the one
Who would bring us down.
Until our lives are done
And never fall down.
He’s there
All the time.
Never being fair
As he tries to tempt you.
He wants you
To do his darkest deeds.
Until you’re through
Doing any deeds.
Heaven,
It’s where all of us want to go.
But to get to heaven
We must battle a foe.
It’s a shame
When one falls for him.
There’s no one to blame
For the fall to him.
We all need
To rise above his grasp.
To never feed
The strength of his clasp.
If we all rise above
The cruelty and evil
Then we can fly like a dove
To the golden gates of heaven.
Heaven,
It’s where all of us want to go.
But to get to heaven
We must battle a foe.
