What is rain?
It matches my mood.

It puts me in a sad mood.
It falls from the sky,
And darkens my day.
But a bright blue sky,
Brightens my day.
How it falls,
From the sky.
But the great white ball,
Is not in the sky.
It is missing
From the deep blue sea.
But what’s not missing
Is the deep blue sea.
What is rain?
It matches my mood.
What is rain?
It puts me in a sad mood.
It is always there
For people to look at.
It is always there
To be looked at.
Dark or light,
Its there.
You won’t need a light
As long as its there.
Don’t worry,
It will never come down.
Never worry,
It won’t let you drown in darkness.
