Where do I belong,
I ask myself.
I don’t belong,
I tell myself.
I don’t belong,
Anywhere or everywhere.
I don’t belong,
In the middle of nowhere.
I don’t belong,
To anyone or thing.
I don’t even belong,
To any one thing.
But where I do belong,
Is in the eyes of God.
That’s where I belong,
With the almighty God.
Where do I belong,
I ask myself.
I don’t belong,
I tell myself.
But if I don’t belong,
Anywhere or everywhere.
How can I belong
Somewhere.
I don’t think I belong,
To anyone or thing.
But I do belong,
In that one thing.
That one thing,
Called heaven,
Is the one thing
I can call home.
Where do I belong,
I ask myself.
I don’t belong,
I tell myself.
