Darkness inside
Lost within my own darkness the breath DEATH breathing down my neck no one to run to in this fucked up world wars mist of destruction ashes of sins man made fingerprints stained on the cloth of history justification in the eyes of the beholder forgetting the price of duplication
Starvation fading in to darkness black roses lay on forgotten graves unknown heroes don’t ask don’t tell yet shedding the same blood fighting for the same freedom some ones child yours or mine Only shame and disappointment lost in my own darkness
Fingerprints Stained on the cloth of sin bodies swing in trees a touch of pride seen in photos faces of hate shown on the faces of children raised in hate mislead robbed of the blessings from GOD the beauty of the seasons all colors painted with the paint brush of god
Shadows of darkness fingerprints stained on the cloth of life
Lost in my own darkness skin same as mine-wearing stupidity on their sleeves turning our sky is red with innocent blood skin same as mine
Born in a place where love and hope no longer resides here in this land of darkness. Souls doomed to wonder in this forever darkness.no light to be found, lost in my own darkness
Searching for a moon lite night I can now see the night stars GOD step in and said
Let not the sins of man harden the heart of self-change will come
On the wings of a dove, a tiny olive branch WITH THE VOICE OF GOD THIS BATTLE IS NOT YOURS
