You see this same smile,

You see this same style.

But what you don't see is behind,

You don't see what goes on in my mind.

I'm very good at this,

This thing I call acting.

You might call it something different,

You might call it faking.

I don't care what you call it,

I don't care what you call me.

I've been through what I call a lot,

And I've heard a lot more, you see.

I hide all my emotions,

And all the secrets too.

No one ever knows what I'm feeling,

Because of this thing I do.

My family and friends,

They don't know what I think.

They don't know how I feel,

For all they know, I drink.

No one knows who I am,

No one knows what goes on in my head.

No one knows about,

All the tears that I've shed.
