You're going someplace, but they keep turning you back
Hiding and running, it's like being attacked
It's good to resist the usual constraints, the meter and rhyme
They're only remote broken remnants, rules of forgotten time
Break free to grow, what is known is all wrong
There's another you outside, a universe inside
Look for it, find it, no matter how long
Resistance is futile, that's what they'd have you believe
The big lie is alive and well, so don't offer consent
Question authority, they have their own bent
