My beautiful brain is all
Laden with shame
And this
Sad little bloodstream will pump
Yet won’t burst at the seams
So sing away from me,
You never could lay down your face.
In this haste,
You forgot all my medicine.
It’s only a memory so
Keep rubbing my eyes
To shut out all the light
You pulled out my grave
And you filled it with weeds
