Fresh New Start
Every new day and every new year
Will bring you a fresh new start but its
For you decide what to do with it
Its giving you a chance to start over and
Forgive and forget the past
It might not change your actions,
But at least you can move on and learn
When the new years holiday come will you
Make your list of things you want to change and
Your goals for the new year
I stand here thinking am I making good decisions?
Or am I just not learning
This fresh new start gives me another chance to get
Things right not wrong so I want to make things right
I don’t think its impossible for this to happen
I hope the future leads to me to better things,
My past is just full of old memories things I can’t change
And my present can change in a instant because I don’t know
What’s coming around the corner
Everybody deserves a second chance,
Its what they decided to do with it
Either they can try to start off new or they
Can ruin it by doing the same thing all over again
Its for you to decide, Just remember you might not
get another chance again
What would you do if you got
A fresh new start ?
Would you try to change or will you
Stay the same as before and would you make
The right choices or not
