Hope for the hopeless

Everyday I tried to feel something,

But I continued to slowly grow sadder and sadder

Which left me feeling numb and hopeless

I missed way everything use to be

I tried reaching out to someone,

Waiting for anyone to help me get

Out of this

I told myself that everything’s going to Be okay your going;

to be happy again but I know that everything,

Wasn’t okay and I had no hope that it would be,

I miss being happy & being myself

That’s when you came and reached

Out to me and saved me from how I was

Feeling , I knew that if you asked I wouldn’t

Say that im okay I would just say

Im going to be okay just not today

You showed me all of the good stuff, In my life

I knew there was hope for me even if my

Eyes couldn’t see what you saw,

it felt like there was a weight holding,

Me down now it feels like its gone.
