I like you.
Were sitting beside each other but
You don't know yet that I like you
Someday I might tell you how I feel
I just don't know when that day will come because
Every time I come close to confess to you my words
Turn all jumbled up and I'm standing there speechless
For the first time I think I'm afraid because there is a chance
That this wont work out
I'm scared enough that this will ruin everything,
We already have a friendship that I want to keep
I don't want you to walk away after I tell you either
My friends make fun of me joking about you and I
At this time there's no part of me that wants to get over you
Can you believe it that I'm afraid of what you'll say
If only I knew what you would say,
It would be so much easier then wondering
I just can't stop thinking of you and me together
Down the road maybe you'll surprise me
I just want you to hold my hand and never let go
This is not a lie, I really do like you a lot
I want you and I to be together forever,
Maybe someday were write a love story
And we will have something special that
Is hard to find and once I confess to you
How I really feel
We will be tied together with true love,
And we will work together to make things work
So I have hope that someday you will find out
And my dreams come true that we will be together
