Theres a faded mark on the wall

where your picture used to be

the end was never fate, just meant to be

Honey...

Its been four long years

Since the last time

i visited the cities beneath the sand

Where will you go when the tides rush in?

where will you hide when all the walls close in?

Remember the times we danced in the street lights,

of the cities beneath the sand, where you were the world

The streets are reserved for innocence

and i built my walls around you

and trapped you inside

i let you control a friendship

that should have ended the last time

i visited the cities beneath the sand
