I was born in Richlands Va, in a coal mining community, where I was raised. I began working on cars at an early age. After the mines closed down, and the income stopped, I took a few courses at a communty college. There is where I honed my writing skills, and began to think about writing. Sadly there was no money circulating, and at that time, there was no internet to speak of, especially in the coal fields. I moved to Rocky Mount when I was twenty, and began working on farms, construction jobs. I continued to write for fun, but just over the last few months have considered a writing career. RIght now, I have an abundance of short stories, and desire to start writing books. Only time will tell, but I am confident that it will become reality. Hope you enjoy my collections.
