My writing starts with a question .

"what actually spiritually means".

This is to all those person who declare themselves to be spiritual. I know this is a very sensitive issue at least in India. This is because I'm going to upset many people around me.

According to me spirituality means ultimate and immaterial reality or an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being.

Spirituality is often experienced as source of inspiration and orientation of life. Someone who is spiritual may change and up lift the world by first transforming and improving his/her own vision. Being spiritual means love, sacrifice and truth.

Truly spiritual person's heart should be a pure heart. A heart filled with calmness and clear like crystal. His or her heart should over flow with love for everyone.

I adore Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna paramhans,Mother Teresa. These were the persons who were actually spiritual. They were in the path of humanity with controlled thoughts and emotions. Without controlled thoughts and emotions we can not be mentally and physically balanced. If we have all these powers in our own control then we are far away from ego and can shed away our anger and be peaceful.

Those who are actually spiritual are calm by nature and never declare themselves to have some divine power.

I think this is a short piece of my thought which I'm expressing through my writing. There are few people in my contact , declaring themselves to be spiritual without having any of these aspect in their life.

A tight slap on those peoples face who pretend to be spiritual..
