Revelation 3:20

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

We have to remember of whom to be careful of in letting in our lives. It's very important to understand the people to whom we feel we can trust and set alliances with. "John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy." When we open up to people we give them the benefit of the doubt and try not to judge them by our past. What tends to happen is many times we find out that we attract the same people without even realizing that. We focus on what we want and how we can obtain those things and the enemy sends that same spirit back to us, because we lost that particular focus. When you leave something unattended to that's when the enemy can creep back in and destroy who you are. By leaving certain aspects of our lives unattended to or not paying attention to things we get bamboozled into what we feel we have been delivered from. What's amazing about this is we let our focus down. We feel we have grown pass our past yet we never really attended to our past the way we should have. So know when the enemy steps to us he veils himself, we look at the cover because that's what we want, yet we don't take time to fully uncover or use the spirit of discernment that we say we pray and ask God for. Now we are in this state of delay with dilemma, and get frustrated with the person who we are with or the one who we feel inflicted this pain on us. This is when we need to take a step back and earn responsibility for what we allow them to do to us, we can't get angry with that person, because if we would have sought God and lean unto His understanding then we wouldn't be in the mess that we are in. What makes this worse is when they try to correct their error by cleaning up their act; this is known as the guilty stage with a mist or haze of foolery. Meaning if I can get you to feel guilty about how you feel toward me then you will stay with me, and they do this with things they done in the beginning when you first started dating or got married. The devil wants to destroy who you are and by any means. Relationships are not meant to be hard, yet many of us feel it's a part of life. What I mean about being hard, you should never feel disrespected, you should never have to ask or wonder if you are love, and they sacrifice for the family not for themselves. Behold Jesus stand at the door and knock, you will know it's Him for His sheep knoweth His voice. The enemy disguises who he is to pull you into him and trick you with mirages of what you desired and long for. Always remember just as you pray to God and declare your heart desires, Satan also hears those prayers. Put on the whole armor of God and be not deceived by foolishness and folk who still long for Worldly possessions. Set your affections for things above and seek God, "never have I seen the righteous forsaken or His seed begging bread".

I can no longer sacrifice who I am to become who you want me to be. Many times we give up what, who and where we know for others. Don't misconstrue what I am saying, it's fine to sacrifice for those who will sacrifice for you and give all of who they are for the better of who the two will be. What I am merely speaking of are those folk that veil sheep clothing over their wicked shell of a skin. We get involved in relationships; be it business or pleasure, and for many of us we are told what we want to hear. Look at like this; we are in a magic show, we are the standing room only audience and applaud for every trick carried out, yet at the time we do not know it's a magic show. We listen to sweet nothings (because that's what they are) in our ear, we dingle on every syllable of every word spoken. We pay attention to broken promises that have yet to evolve, yet all the while doing our part. Then comes the first lie, the first lie is usually not the worst or that bad, yet it's the slew of lies that follow suit. This is where the veil begins to flap in the wind.

Psalm 1:3
He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

Once you uncover the truth then you are able to see. What makes the truth so hard for many of us to swallow is the mere fact that we allowed ourselves to trust another demonic spirit. The enemy wants your trust, he needs your trust, not all will be a lie, for with some truth have they drawn our attention. What's sad is we allow them to upset us and build hatred and anger toward them and ridicule among many, but if we stop and truly pay attention we would realize that if we allow Jesus to lead us, follow Him the way we should then many of us would not have to live the way we live. Ephesians 6:12
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Hold not a grudge against those who bring misery and pain unto you on others. Many of us are bitter and angry for all the wrong reasons. Have you ever stop, look and listen. We teach our children this before they cross the street. It's time to adopt what we taught them and use for us. Stop; sit down and just think for a moment, seek God and truly pray from your heart and ask for forgiveness of your sins, not others but yours. Look; take a deep breath and examine who we are, for we are not perfect, so please save the sob story of what he or she did and take blame for what you may or may not have done. Listen; many times your conscience tells you things that you ignore, your first mind set is not always wrong. Ever heard the saying if it looks and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. True you can't believe all you hear or all you have heard, yet action does speak louder than words and when action displays a difference of words, that's when it's time to pay attention. What's amazing is how we tend to look for others for advice and assistance and over look our own inner emotions. True we all need help, and just as a hospital is in place for those who need medical help, there are also churches for spiritual guidance. True you can't allow yourself to fall down a slippery slop of carnal minded folk who spread tales and rumors of your dismay, just as you can't trust every medical assistant or doctor with your health. But when you are down and out you need someone who can help you on the right track in some fashion or another. I'm not saying totally rid yourself of evil doers, because that will never happen; however use them for your advantage (they have no problem using you). Psalm 1:1
Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful.
