My opinion is that a seeker of truths, should follow Jesus. A person must put themselves in Jesus time era. That is where the scripture was written. After Jesus was crucified and the disciples died, people entertained other teachings of men.

It is like the game of telephone, that is a grammar school game. A message is given to one student by ear, they tell the next and so on till it has traversed the classroom. The last person states the message and it is totally different from the original message.

Read your Bible, block out teachings of men. It is difficult, but the Bible is the word of GOD. Jesus was a Jew, observed sunset Friday as the Sabbath. Observed feast days, in fact they were celebrating PASSOVER the night of betrayal.

Today churches come in all shapes, forms and sizes. Jesus is the chief cornerstone of the Church of GOD. True and square on which, beliefs should be built upon. Follow Jesus and his teachings, not that of man. Jesus said in MATT: 24-4, "Take heed that no man deceive you". Read your Bible.
