I thank you for this blessed life,

I thank you for my health,

I thank you for my powerful mind,

and I thank you for my strong soul.

I am forever grateful for my friends and family,

all of which you have given me, for I know they are a gift.

I ask of you to give me the power to forgive myself for the wrongs I have committed to myself, others and the world.

And I also ask you give the same power to the others who inhabit this world.

I pray you look after my friends and family,

show them the path to pure happiness,

filled with love, compassion and gratitude to you and all others.

I also pray you help me find my way to your infinite glory, love and happiness.
