The morning moon emits its lunar shades

as the street lamps dimly cast thier halogenic glow.


With the coming of dawn the dark grays of the sky

are being pierced

by an orange sliver coming out of the east.


A light snowfall is being held

by the trees, bushes and frozen ground

by a white blanket of spledor.


The stillness is screaming

Peace, Tranquility and Joy.


Hold it, for the beauty and serenity are here now,

if only for a brief moment.

Grasp this and don't let it go

for it can always be with you anytime anywhere

if you so choose.


The somber quiet opens my heart

to loved ones gone on,

hopefully to a similar place.


A pair of cardinals awaken

the still morn

with a correspondence that stirs my heart

with an Ocean of Emotion.


A fiery orb we call the sun

shows itself on the horizon

as I sit and ponder the glory of all creation

and realize just how truly lucky I am.


I stop and behold the universe humbly,

feeling miniscule and greatful to be alive.


With the right attitude and perception

towards where I am,

Not where I could be.

I've found I can find paradise anytime,


even on a crowded
