Yes, stopping time is key. It should be our goal in every moment. I've known certain occurrences where time and space evaporated. How wonderful.

I love this haiku, Katie! And I'm not just saying that because I like you and haiku a bunch! The opening line just totally grabs me... "moments are unheard" and I'm honestly not sure why other than I feel so many moments in my life have been unheard. Keep writing my dear!!!.....Jerry

Hi Katie! I really do love Haiku. The simplicity of it with undertones of something deeper. This one was very good. Makes me want to start meditating again! Its been a while since I've done it and I'm thinking it would be good for me.

i absolutely loved this Air...it has that serene feeling of me in a quiet place amidst trees, flowers and nothing around me except love and careless days...drifting waves around my feet...and kriish wbeing taken care of by sanjib...heehee...blissful thinking....
