You Have A Friend

Life isn't always good,

sometimes you'll trip and fall.

You may feel like you cant go on,

and your backs against the wall.

Your friends have turned against you,

and you dread each coming day.

Because you know that this one,

will be worse than yesterday.

Your tired and your hearts weary,

you feel sad and all alone.

But you have a friend who loves you,

when all your other friends have gone.

You have a friend in Jesus,

a friend who will never leave.

Someone who will wipe your tears,

if only you would just believe.

So when all hope has faded,

and your life seems so unfair.

Just put your trust in Jesus,

a friend whose always there.
