I recently started a prayer journal, and, out of habit, I've been putting some poetry in it. I find it rather comforting to express my thoughts for Him. View table of contents...

In a world so cruel and sad,

You guide me as I walk.

Through all the trials I've ever had,

My all-seeing Heavenly hawk.

I didn't always see you,

Being lost and so confused.

But You truly are my shepherd,

Your wisdom love-infused.

Thank you so much! I personally have oral communication problems (I will probably have a hard time conversing with a friend, even when I've known them a year), but writing is effortless for me, so I find it easier to write to God than speak to Him. I'm glad I've inspired you. :)

Very profound poem. I personally am dealing with finding my faith, as well. I think my perspective changes a bit the more I reach out to God.

I think that's the case with everyone. To a new believer, connecting to God has to be constant and routine, so it becomes a part of life, or one will end up lost, like I am now. :P I hope you will find your faith and fully experience God's blessings! :) Thank you!

This is a great perspective...a hawkeye view from the heavenly realm is very imaginative. a short and sweet great work.

Thank you. I've always imagined God as a hawk. :)

About what you said to shubhs...
You lieeee...YOU DONT HAVE ANY TROUBLE.
Or maybe it's just that I talk to much that I don't notice...
By the way..what's the name of the story that you are writing w/ Anne? The one with the two points of view...the wolf and the doggie? And is it up? :o

We haven't decided on an official title, Anne's gone for Spring Break, so I can't do anything.
