You're not worth this pain,
Or these cuts on my wrists,
But I don't know how else to deal,
With all of life's turns and twists,
God I don't know what you're doing,
God I know this is a sin,
But even with You here,
I feel like I'm fighting a battle I cant win,
Lord show me and give me strength,
Because I don't wan to give up,
Lord please,
Just fill my cup,
God please just help me forget,
This boy that broke my heart,
Before my life,
Really does fall apart.

nice poem to read as we all have felt this way at one time or many times. it is easy to relate to.

I've had similar feelings at one point in my life. A song I sang recently at my church says this.....
So many times I've questioned certain circumstances, of things I just can't understand. Many times and trial, weakness blurs my vision, and my frustration gets so out of hand. It's then I am reminded, I've never been forsaken. I've never had to stand the test alone. As I look at all my victories, the spirit rises up in me, it's through the fire my weakness is made strong. You never promised that the cross would not get heavy and the hill would not be hard to climb. You never offered victories without fighting but he said help would always come in time. Just remember when your standing in the valley of decision and the adversary says give in....Just hold on....Our Lord will show up, and he will take you through the fire again. I know within myself that I would surely perish. But if I trust the hand of God, he'll shield the flames again, again.
A powerful message. In the bible there's a story of Daniel in the Lion's Den....he looked up kept his focus on God, and God closed the Lion's mouth and they didn't bother Daniel.
Your poem speaks much feeling, and intensity. I like it and thought I would share this song with you. Than ks for sharing.....

Dude, in God all things ARE possible--right on girl! I haven't had my heart broken yet, thankfully in a way I guess, but I haven't really felt love yet either--at least not that kind of voluntary love. Still waiting for the right guy to come around. But in a way, I know what you mean here. Stay strong sister!

God can do all things.When we are at our weakest he's at his strongest.Like the Bible verse goes."Ask and believe and it shall be given unto you."Another I like is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."Stay strong and win the battle.You should check out my poems "He Cares",Gods Love",and "Will I Be Remembered When I Die."I think you'll find them inspirational.Great poem.
