Your Prayers
Your prayers are like seeds you sow
Watered by the rainfall of tears
Nurtured by the anguish of heart
Dunged by the sufferings of life
Unseen by mortal eyes they grow
Beneath the sodden ground
And when they break on through the soil
Are hidden in the grass
As time goes by they grow the more
They lift their heads on high
And all the tears you wept in prayer
Now flower in the sun
