God,
Have you forgotten me?
Why do you allow us to sin?
Causing loved ones pain that won't end.
Why don't you stop us?
Hit us with a lighting bolt
Shake us real hard,giving us a jolt.
You know when we are about
o break your Law's and Word.
Why is it so hard for us to cry out
Feelings tempted and weak to
Give you a shout.
We wait and run to you
After we've done wrong.
Admitting that we aren't very strong.
Knowing in our hearts that you were there all along!
