IN THE TIMES WHEN I AM IN DESPAIR...

In the times when I am in despair,
Wondering how much longer I can go on...
Jesus Comes to Comort me,
Giving me the strength to 'keep on keeping on'!

In the times when I simply do not know,
What answer for the new problem (or old one) there will be...
Jesus Coms and Speaks to my heart and spirit,
"Keep your eyes fixed on Me!"

In the times when I want to run away,
To simply go and hide...
Jesus Comes and Spends time with me,
Opening His Loving Arms Wide!

In the times when I want to be selfish,
Not having to think of another person's point of view...
Jesus Comes and Ministers to my heart and spirit,
Giving my eyes His Perspective and View!

In the times when I simply have had enough,
So that Heaven SEEMS a better option to me...
Jesus Comes and Whispers,
"You still have work here on earth, to minister to the broken-hearted for Me!"

In the times when I really do not know,
How I could go on if I couldn't turn to You...
You Come and Sing Your Song of Love for me,
Promising Your Presence and Your Love, Peace and Joy will Bring me through!
