When I Look at You I'll See His Blood

Why are you struggling

Contending with Me?

Why are you running from the One Who can set you free?

You, see, time is running out

And there needs to be

True repentence

And total trusting in Me.

And God said,

You will never be perfect in this life

No matter how you try and try and try

My son, Jesus, causes you to come

Boldly to my throne

For when I look at you

I'll see His blood.

How can you turn down

the love He shows to you?

How can you walk away

From the one who is faithful and true?

His favor's extended to you

through Jesus Christ His Son

He is the perfect and the only spotless one.

Right now your searching can come to an end

Right now be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ

Trust in his precious blood to

Wash away your sins.

And restore you to harmony with the Father up above.
