Live as you’ve never lived,
Love as you’ve never loved,
Dance as you’ve never danced.
It is only by His grace,
That you can be set free.
Allowed to finish your race,
And be who you must be.
The Cross is a reminder
Of all that He endured,
Every strike of that whip,
Was your freedom being ensured.
Your sins nailed Him there,
Spiting all His love and care.
And yet He forgave you,
He said: “Forgive them,
For they know not what they do.”
A life of freedom awaits you,
Just invite Him into your heart.
Do what He asks you to do,
And the joy will start.
As the blood and water did flow,
So do blessings and freedom.
Don’t say you’re too old,
Nor are you too young.
As the story of life is told,
So all may accept Him.
And so I ask you to,
Live as you’ve never lived,
Love as you’ve never loved,
Dance as you’ve never danced,
A simple and meaningful gift,
For the one who loves you.
