About how we derive our feelings from others.

Worries crumble my spirit,
Negativity leads to frustration and anger,
Like a mirror my temperament falls on you.
Your body language shapes me like clay,
Merely a stranger,
Yet your friendly warmth lifts my spirit.
The mirror turns
You do not speak into my eyes,
Too insincere to face my existence
No "please". No "thank you" for my kindness,
Selfishness and ignorance prevail,

God help me to turn the mirror back,
For I do not want to see through this mirror,
I want to reflect back the warmth I receive;
A gift to all who see into my mirror.
