Richard Elliott writes fiction and is, himself, a fictional character made up of lots of bits of other fictional characters. He hopes this means he will achieve some success writing about what he knows. To date, what he knows seems to include such stuff as cartoon castles, enigmatic tattoos, small town murders, big spiders, chicken invasions and the misadventures of an American travel agent. Richard finds this mixture confusing at the best of times and doesn't know, for the life of him, how he could reasonably expect you to cope. Richard lives in the South West of England with his gold-fish, Jennifer and a quadruped called Bainbridge. He feels uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. He is going for a lie down.
