Is love what we really think it is?
Is it all just happiness and sweet kisses shared under a sunset?
Is it as pure as we think it is?
Do we even understand the definition of love?

When faced with different situations, everyone reacts differently. Each couple has their own way with dealing with love and it's problems. Each person has the choice to stay with the one they love, or spend the rest of their lives regretting ever letting their loved one go.

Which choice will you make?

Just to warn you, I'm not that good at writing sexual parts.. I've tried it before, but I'm not sure whether it was good or not... Anyway, I hope you enjoy, and let me know what you think! ~ Chapter One Eyes met eyes. Skin touched skin. Lips kissed lips. Breaths grew ragged. Sighs escaped their mouths. Passion burned between them. Hands stroked hair. Arms hugged each other. Giggles escaped the smiles on their faces. It was the power of love that kept each couple together. Whether they were scared or angry, their loved one kept them calm, happy and safe. "I love you." Nelson Lotts said to Daisy. A small blush appeared on her face. His long fingers played with a strand of her dirty blonde hair. She sighed and looked into his blue eyes. "I love you, too." Daisy whispered. The corner of Nelson's mouth tugged up into a smirk. His hand slowly stroked down to her stomach, as he laid next to her. Daisy watched his face as his hand played with the corner of her shirt. Gulping, Daisy refused to look away from her boyfriend's eyes. His smirk grew wider. "You okay there, Daze?" He asked her, watching as she blushed at his nickname. Shyly nodding, Daisy didn't speak; she wasn't sure whether she could trust her voice or not. "You sure?" Nelson said, laughing slightly. Blinking, Daisy rolled away from him. Nelson laughed. "Aww, come on!" Daisy grunted in response. She knew that Nelson was teasing her, and she didn't like it one bit. "Whatever." She said. Nelson moved closer to her, rolling over the grass. He reached out and wrapped his hand around her wrist, tugging on it gently. "I'm sorry." Nelson apologised. Daisy refused to look at him. "Dazeeeeeeeeeeeee! Please! I'm sorry!!" Nelson said, pouting slightly. Daisy looked at his pout and burst out laughing. Nelson smiled, glad that she wasn't angry with him. He looked at her and asked, "what's so funny?" Daisy shook her head and laid on her back to look at the sky. Her giggles subsided and Nelson laid back down next to her. He linked his fingers with hers and watched her as she watched the clouds in the sky. After a few minutes, Daisy said, "stop staring, it's creeping me out." Nelson snorted and looked up at the sky. "What are you two kids up to?" Both teens looked up at the voice to see their friend, Jordan, smiling down at them. Nelson looked at Daisy, before returning his gaze to Jordan, and said, "nowt much, cloud gazing." Daisy rolled her eyes at her boyfriend's lame joke. Frowning, Jordan said, "it's star gazing, Nel." Before Nelson could open his mouth and respond, Jordan turned to Daisy and said, "have you seen that hotty down at Shivers?" Nelson frowned, deciding to not listen, and looked back at the sky. Daisy nodded her head. "He's so cute!" Nelson raised an eyebrow at her. Daisy coughed. "I-I... erm, I mean... no! He's so not hot!" Nelson rolled his eyes and looked back at the clouds. Jordan laughed. "I wanna see him!" Nelson frowned, not taking his eyes off of the sky. Daisy also frowned, squeezing his hand. "I thought you'd seen him?" She asked her friend. Jordan rolled her eyes, tying her curly brown hair into a ponytail. She coughed once before saying, "no. I asked you if you've seen him. I didn't say that I've seen him." She paused. "So, can we go and see him?" Daisy looked at Nelson. He nodded his head, not minding if both girls left him in peace. "See you later." He said. Looking at Daisy, he said, "if you survive." Flashing her a grin, he watched as she stood up. Biting his bottom lip at the sight of her in her shorts, he gulped. Jordan, after sticking her middle finger up at him - for his previous comment, noticed him staring at her friend, and smiled. "Nel, you pervert. Stop staring at her butt." She scolded. Daisy instantly turned and glared at him. Nelson held his hands up in surrender. Jordan tugged on Daisy's hand to lead her away from the park, towards Shivers, the café. "I'm coming!" ~ "Dan! Hurry up! We've got to leave soon!" Lucia shouted up at her boyfriend. The young twenty year old was going to meet his family for the first time and she was nervous. Listening to Daniel run down the stairs of their rented house, she grew more anxious. BANG! Lucia snorted and started laughing at her klutz of a boyfriend. "ARGH!" Daniel groaned as he stood up from the cold floor. Lucia waited by the front door. Daniel groaned again. "Oh! Don't worry about me! I'm fine, by the way!" Lucia giggled. "Sorry, it's not my fault that you're such a klutz!" She called to him, opening the front door. She stepped out onto the path. Dan rubbed his butt before grabbing his keys. Walking out of the house, slowly, he locked the front door and opened the car. Lucia climbed into the front, while Dan got into the drivers seat. Lucia looked out of the window as he started to drive. It was an hours drive away. "I'm sorry. It was just funny." Lucia said, after a few minutes. Dan smiled at her, not taking his electric eyes off of the road. He reached over and grabbed her hand, giving it a squeeze before letting it go. "It's no problem. I wasg rushing." He replied. He flipped his brown hair out of his eyes and blinked. A few seconds passed before he looked over to Lucia. Seeing her nervous tapping of her foot, he said, "there's no reason to be nervous." Lucia snapped her head towards the man she loved. "Of course there is! What if they don't like me!? What if they hate me?" She looked at him, her eyes wide behind her glasses. Dan shook his head. "Mum is gonna love you, you bookworm. Dad won't mind you; he never minds anyone. Liam won't care, probably a bit of teasing, he already knows you from school. And Michael... well, he's a dick, but he won't trouble you." Lucia frown at his comment about Michael. She'd never actually met Michael, not even throughout primary or secondary school, but she did know that Dan's parents had adopted him from a young age. He was the same age as herself and Daniel, while Liam was a little older. "Why don't you like Michael?" She asked politely. Dan's hands clenched around the steering wheel tighter. Lucia noticed, realising that Michael was a touchy subject. Dan sighed. "It's not that I don't like him. It's just that every time I have a girlfriend, or that I like someone, he has to compete with me. He always has to have the girl, even if he don't like them, just to piss me off." Lucia realised that he's sworn twice because of his adoptive brother. She tried to smile. "Sorry that I brought it up." Dan nodded his head once. "Don't worry though." Lucia said, looking back out of the window, looking across the empty fields that they were now passing. "I'm not gonna chose him over you." Daniel forced a smile. They always chose him in the end, he thought. ~ Kelly gasped for breath. Jake, her fiancé, climbed over her. "How was that?" He asked. Kelly gasped again, and smiled. Snaking her naked arms to his neck, she pulled his head down for a sweet kiss. "Perfect. You're good with your fingers." She laughed. Jake smiled and kissed her again. He rolled off of her, to lie beside her. He wiped his forehead and turned to Kelly. Her eyes widened as she realised what he was going to do. "No! Jake! I mean it!" Too late, he thought, as he wiped his sweat on her arm. Her face wrinkled up in disgust and she stuck out her tongue at him. Quickly leaning towards his soon-to-be wife, he captured her tongue in his lips. "God, you're such a kid!" Kelly said, when they stopped kissing, slapping his arm playfully. Jake rolled his eyes. He poked her boob. She didn't notice. "I'm twenty six years old. Soon, you will be too." He poked her boob again. "I just made love to you. No kid can do that." Another poke. Finally, she noticed. Slapping his hand, she cried, "stop doing that!" She covered her chest with her arms for a second, before getting out of their bed. Jake's fingers slowly stroked her back as she walked away. "Where are you going?" He asked her. She turned to him and smiled. She pointed to the wall, where the bathroom was, on the other side. Jake wiggled his eyebrows. "Want me to join you? I can rub those parts that you can't reach." Kelly's eyes widened before she smiled naughtily at him. "Sure." She said, grabbing a towel from the radiator, and walking out of their bedroom. Jake's eyes wandered to her bum as she walked out of his line of sight. "God damn woman," he breathed, his hand reaching down to stroke himself. He closed his eyes in pleasure. Biting his bottom lip, he kept himself from moaning out loud. Next door, he heard the shower turn on. Still, he carried on stroking until he drove himself to the point of climax. Letting out a sexy moan, he came. His eyes opened to see Kelly watching in the doorway of the bedroom. She smirked at him. "Man, that was hot." She said. Jake blushed and smiled. He stood up and walked over to his fiancé. Snaking his arms around her waist, he placed his mouth over hers, his hot breath joining with hers. Breaking apart, he said, "come on, let's get in the shower." ~ Moira sat at the table in the garden of her house that her and her husband lived in. They were reaching their fifties now, and their children had long grown up and had their own kids. Now, it was just the two of them. Moira looked up from her book. It was her favourite, Harry Potter. Her granddaughter had managed to persuade her to read it, and promised that if she liked the first one, she could borrow the rest of them. Moira got up from the table and walked into the cooler house. It was a warm summers day, and all the younger people were out, hanging out or having pool parties. Next door, Moira had been listening to the sound of teenagers laugh and splash about in the pool. Now, she walked into the kitchen and got herself a cup of iced tea. Sipping it quietly, she listened as her front door opened and closed. "Moira?" The voice of her husband called from the hall. "In here!" Moira called back to him. He walked in, smiling as he did so. Moira smiled back at him, his white blonde hair and his blue eyes. Such a contrast to her jet black hair and deep brown eyes. Planting a kiss on his wife's head, he smiled. She started to move around the kitchen, pulling out things to make their dinner. "How was your day, so far?" She asked him. He smiled and went to the fridge to pull out a carton of orange juice. "It was good. Spent some time with Ben in Shivers." He said. Ben was the shop owner of Shivers, co-owning it with his wife, Fabia. "I watched a young couple fall in love. Like Romeo and Juliet." "Who?" Moira asked. She was always interested to know her husbands tales of people falling in and out of love. "Ben's new helper, Reid Garwin, and do you know Jordan?" Tobit asked his wife. She nodded her head. She'd practically seen the girl grow up into a lovely young woman, along with her best friend, Daisy. It was a shame to see her parents die at such a young age. Luckily, she had an older sister, Eden, to look after her. "Yes," Moira answered Tobit. He nodded his head. He said, "she walked in with her friend, looked up and locked eyes with him. He was busy making a cup of tea but when he noticed her, he couldn't stop looking at her. It was such a lovely thing." Tobit said, a smile on his face. Moira beamed. "You can't beat love." She whispered. Tobit's smiled vanished. Love hadn't been strong enough to save their eldest son, Nick, from dying. He had been a lawyer, such a bright child. They had no idea that he was taking drugs. They thought that everything was okay. His death was a shock. Moira noticed his solemn expression and sighed. "Tobit, what happened to Nick wasn't your fault. It was his choice to take those drugs, and that's why he died." She gulped, to stop herself from crying. Tobit nodded his head. "I know." He waited for a few minutes before saying, "I'm going to go and visit Ben." Moira looked up from cutting the onions. "But you've just got in." She said. Tobit shook his head. "I need to clear my head. I won't be long. I promise." ~ Hope you liked it, let me know! I've already written the next few chapters, so if you like this one, then I can post those ones as well! Please let me know what you think! Thanks for reading! :)
