Chapter One

Bleeding Love

Mina Point Of View

I was just causally walking home when all of a sudden my best friend and boyfriend who I'm extremely in love with and hoping to be "The one" jumps up in front of me and randomly blurts out "Were Over". I being well known for taking nothing seriously burst out laughing. "Are you kidding me Josh?" I blurted out still laughing hysterical. He raised his eyebrow and nodded. I just burst out laughing even more.

"Ha-ha good one Josh" I blurted out once more, 'I'm serious Mina were over" he declared "l-o-l Josh that's enough of fun and games drop the joke now" I ordered "I'm not joking Mina! I'll even prove it to you" and with that he leaned down and kissed April my best friend who's like a sister to me. I just gasped and stood there in astound, I amused April would back off and slap him in the face but instead she wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in closer for more.

After a very long kiss they untangled themselves from each other and faced back at me grinning. "What was that?" I declared in alarm. "That was the kiss I just gave to my Dream girl Mina", "Dream girl?" I asked. "Yes I'm his dream girl Mina, your so behind aren't you? We've been going out secretly for as long as you and Josh started going out, I'm surprised you didn't figure it out before"

I stood there in shock, they were going out secretly? How could I not of seen that, the way there always unavailable at the same times, always looking at each other. I must have been too much in love to pay attention to the truth that was standing right in front of me. I felt tears start to form in my eyes; I turned around before they could see my hurt expression and walked away from there. I got to be strong, I kept repeating in my head, but it was just pointless it felt like a someone cut out my heart and threw it out on the floor and stepped on it till it was too broken to step on again.

By the time I reached home I could hardly stand straight and tears were sliding down like crazy, if the tears just kept running down sooner or later I could even drown in them, now that I would like.

I rushed into my house, and slipped off my shoes and jacket and threw them on the couch, I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a Kleenex and wiped away my tears and blew my now runny nose. Then I walked down to the living room to search for my parents, but there were nowhere to be found so I checked the basement and once again they weren't there.

Weird I thought, I walked back to the kitchen and decided to check upstairs, first I checked the bathroom but nobody was there, then my room which was also empty next I checked my parents room, first I thought I saw nothing but then I saw a glimpse of a red shirt.
