"Wake up Colton." I whispered softly.
"What is it Leslie?" he said in his sleepy voice...
And I swear to God that his sleepy voice the the sexiest sh*t ever.
"I wanna go to the cemetery."
"It's my dad's birthday today.." I said sadly.
"Oh..I'm so sorry babe." He sat up and hugged me tight. "We'll go..Go change hun."
"Ok Colton."My face lit up.."Thank you."
"I'll do anything for you." He replied as he smiled
I smile back.
We made our way to the cemetery..
It was dark and Gloomy when we already got there..it was about Six P.M.
I held Colton's hand tightly..
I think he already knows I'm afraid of cemeteries.
I found the spot where my parents are..
Helen O. Peters Robert C. Peters
Beloved Mother and Daughter. Beloved Son And Father.
Dec. 18,1973 - April 17,2012. April. 25,1970 - April17,2012.
I asked Colton if he brought some flowers and he handed me some white roses.
I laid two roses on each.
"I missed them.." I told Colton
"I know you do...they're happy there in Heaven....they're with God." he replied
"Happy birthday dad." I whispered.
Flashbacks came to me.....
Flashbacks when we were celebrating my dad's birthday...my mum's too...and mine...
tears start to roll down my face..
Colton sat down on the grass with me.."Don't worry....You'lll be okay.." he embraced me.
"Thank you Colton.." I replied.
We got up and he drove me home..
