Life With The Dixons

My heart was beating so fast I that I thought I wouldn't even make it to perform..

I wore this green night gown..and Colton wore white tux..

We're singing "Forever And Always" by Taylor Swift.. (she's my favorite)

"And here's the duo that has everybody falling for them..Leslie and Colton! singing...Forever and Always.."

"Once upon a time I believe it was a Tuesday when I caught your eye...We caught onto something, I hold on to the night you looked me in the eye and told me you loved me..Were you just kidding?" I started

'"Cause it seems to me this thing is breaking down we almost never speak, I don’t feel welcome anymore, baby what happened please tell me 'Cause one second it was perfect and now you’re half way out the door." Colton Continued. "And I stare at the phone and she still hasn’t called..And you feel so low you can’t feel nothin at all..And you flash back to when she said forever and always."

"Was I out of line did I say something way too honest that made you run and hide like a scared little boy? I looked into your eyes; thought I knew you for a minute now I’m not so sure.."

 "So here’s to everything coming down to nothing, Here’s to silence that cuts me to the core..Where is this going, thought I knew for a minute but I don’t anymore.."

"You didn't mean it baby!! I don't think so!" I sang and I feel like there was a boost of confidence that shot through me..

Everybody got to their feet and clapped..some whistled...some screamed...

"Thank you.." We told them..

"These people are wonderful.." Sharon said..

"We'll know the grand champion....right after the break.."

After the Break, Me, Colton and Janine (the contestant we were competing with) got on stage..

And we got ready for the grand champion..

"And ...America's Got Talent Grand Next Champion is....."

Everybody looked at each toher in tense..

"Leslie and Colton!" Everyone in the coliseum Shouted in joy..

"Oh My God Colton We won!!"

Tears start to well my eyes..and in no time they start to roll down my cheeks..

"Tears of joy I suppose.." Janine said as she hugged me.."Congratulations..You guys deserve it."
