"You... What? Wait are you being serious?" I asked and my mother sighed.

"Nina baby we only want what's best for you" She told me and I stared at her.

"Your forcing me to go on The Bachelor! How is that best for me!?" I yelled and my father sighed sadly.

"Sweetie we just... We want you to be happy." He told me and I stood up.

"How can I be happy!? When my grandfather has cancer! Or when my big brother decided to bring his child up on his own yet went off to war!? How can I be HAPPY!?" I yelled before running up the stairs into my room slamming the door shut. A few minutes later the door was open and I sighed.

"Aunt Nee-Naw" I heard a young voice say as I sat on my bed. I turned to the doorway and saw my nephew James there, his bottom lip trembling.

"Hey Jay baby. Did you have a bad dream?" I asked and the youn adorable four year old nodded, rubbing his eyes tiredly. I smiled slightly at the image wondering why his father would go of to war with such a beautiful kid like James.

"You wanna come sleep with me tonight sweetie?" I asked and he nodded slowly.

"Is that okay?" He asked quietly and I smiled.

"It's okay Aunt Nee-Naw had a bad dream to." I told him and he smiled sleepily making his way over to me. I helped him up onto the bed, both of us getting under the covers. He snuggled into me and I put my arms around him smiling. He was basically like a son to me since I'd been raising him from birth. He wriggled a little then looked up at me his chocolate brown eyes wide with a childlike essence to them.

"I love you Aunt Nee-Naw." He whispered and I smiled at him rubbing his cheek.

"To the stars." I whispered and he smiled slighty.

"To the moon. And back again." We both whispered before he gave me a kiss falling to sleep in my arms. I watched him a small smile on my face before my eyes drooped shut and darkness took over.
