''NO!''

''Oh, come on Jay please, I love her''.

Tristen just wouldn't give it up would he? Yes! I got it he's in love with Lilly, he didn't have to go and rub it in my face. To make matters worse, ask me to 'pretend' to be his girlfriend just so he could 'win' her back.

Yes I loved him. No not love him like a brother, I'm 'in' love with him, and I'm just really good at covering it up so no one knows.

''Please Jayda''

He begged. No, no, no... Arg! I'm gonna crack any moment if he keeps looking at me like that. His big brown eyes were begging me to say yes.

''Fine''

''Yesssssss!''

Hegatheredme up in his big arms swinging me around in the air.

''Haha, ok Tristen put me down'' I laughed.

''Sorry...um''

''Tristen what?'' He was starting to avoid my eyes.

''I need another favour, I kinda need you to, um... change your...well'' He pointed at my baggy clothes for an example.

''What?''

''I need you to, well, be more of a girl, you dress to much like a tomboy''

Well that hurt. Tristen saw my hurt expresion and was shocked.

''Oh god no, Jay i didn't mean your to much of guy, just that you're a very atractive young woman, and you know''

I forced a smile to reasure him that I'm was alright. Yes I already knew I dressed like a tomboy, Hell I am a tomboy and I'm proud of it, but the bad part is I haven't had a date for four years, I'm twenty years old for god sakes.

Tristen was happy so my work here was done, I soon left his apartment and walked over to my own. My baggy ripped jeans were to long and it was getting hard to walk.

I dragged my body into my apartment that was one floor above Tristens, I took off my jeans and threw them on top my soft purple sofa while I walked into the kitchen in just my baggy sports jursey that came just below my butt.

I sat on the kitchen bench and called my bestie Natasha.

''Hello?''

''Hey Nat, it's me'' I smiled twisting the phone chord around my finger.

''Jayda?''

''Yep''

''Oh hey what you up to?''

''Um... well do you have time to go get a coffee?''

''Yeah I'll meet you at Starbucks''

''Sure, see ya''

*****

''He what?''

She shouted.

'Shut up'

I pulled on her arm to make her sit back down, People in the cafe were starting to stare.

''Yes he asked me to pretent to be his girl... and something else I kinda need help with becoming... I need to be more woman, he doesn't like the way I dress basically''

Wrapping my hands around my coffee cup I blew gently cooling it down.

''What?''

''I need a makeover''

''Oh'' she giggled, ''Wanna impress Tristen ha?'' she wiggled her eyebrows.

''What no, he just wants my help to get Lilly back, you know make her jelous'' I was trying to look away from her eyes.

''Rubbish, we all know you like Tristen, and how he can't tell blows my mind'' she rolled her eyes.

''What? how? I thought- why didn't you tell me?'' I whispered furious, so I wasn't as good as I thought I was at hiding my emotions towards him.

''The way you look at him, you'd do anything for him and look where you are now, 'pretending' to be his girlfriend just so he can win Lilly 'bitch' back''

She coughed out bitch in her sentence, she was trying to lighten the atmosphere.

I was completly silent, I could tell where this was going, she was giving me hints that my heart would be broken if I did this, but she also new I wouldn't give up and I'd still help Tristen get Lilly back if thats what he wanted, if thats what makes him happy.

Natasha could see my that I had made up my mind and I'm going to stick with it.

''Ok'' she huffed, ''Well if you're going to do this, you may as well do it right''

''Does that mean...?''

''It means shopping'' She said in a sing song voice.

The bright side, Natasha was a shopping queen, the down side, She takes forever and I'm not a patient person.
