I groan as I hit my alarm clock, knowing I should start getting ready for school but still trying to convince myself that I have more time. After 5 more minutes of snoozing I finally decide I can't put off getting up any longer. It's the first day of school, always the worst for me, as I have to start getting up early again. I go to see if eith my mum or my dad is in the bathroom so I could have a shower. Sighing as I come into the bathroom - which is vacant- I stare at the largely, expensive bathroom that I've ever seen.
Looking at my kinda frizzy blonde hair, too red cheeks, crazily big blue eyes I can't help myself from sighing agian as I hop into the shower. After taking a 10 minute shower, and using all the hot water I might add, I got into the kitchen and to grab my food for school. The morning routine continues until I'm finally ready for school and finding myself infront of the school gates dreading the day to come.
Well that was until I saw my bestfriend coming my way. I can't help but to smile as she's walking. She's one of the most beautiful girls I know, having shiny brunette dead straight hair, gorgous green eyes full of warmth, and a great smile to match.
"Hey Liss" I say to her, although her name is Larissa I've called her Liss ever since I could remember.
"Hey Ariarna" She smiles at me. It's not really an awkward scilence after that but after a few mintues we both burst out laughing.
While walking into the school to see which classes we're in Christian Gize- A.K.A the most popular guy in school as well as the most know player- strodes past us with a mob of girls following him. I roll my eyes while Liss is staring dreamily at him, which causes me to burst out laughing. She blushes at me causing me to laugh harder.
"Shut up", she mubbles.
Just as I was going to reply I hear a snigger come from behind me and I turn to see my ex blonde bimbo friend, Kelsey.
"You're letting the school down Ariarna", she says. "You're like the only geek at this school. What did you do? Find your clothes from the bin".
I glance down at my baggy clothes feeling a little stung. My family were super rich but I never new what to wear. "Um right", I mutter under my breath.
I can see that Liss wants to jump in and defend me like she used to but she had told me that I had to stick up for myself because she wasn't always going to be there for me. In the end though we just walk off on Kelsey to find which classrooms we're in but not before I hear Liss say "spastic little plastic" which causes me to giggle.
We finally find the lists. Oh yeah! I'm with Liss, but then I keep looking down it. Oh no im also with Kelsey and Christian.
