"Is that how you greet me in a time like this?" He chuckled lightly, shaking his head from the heat that had accumulated from the helmet.
"What? How!? When!?" I was stuttering over my own flow of questions.
"What? Did you truly think the "hunters" could protect you?" He laughed slightly moving his hand over his left arm to remove some of the guards "It may not seem like it but they have never dealt with me before."
I retreated slowly into the small wedge of the helicopter seat, taking a defensive position. I had fought off this vampire before and I would surely do it again. "Then what are you planning now? Am I going to be your lunch or just one of kidnapped slaves that are always in those vampire stories?" He rolled his eyes, which surprised me, but at the same time was kind of annoying. Considering this seemed like a very serious situation on my part.
"Oh, I’m not that merciful Arian." He put more emphasis on my name, as if he was just playing around with the word. I remembered he told me it sounded like that weird vampire word that meant "snack." That jerk, was probably just rubbing it in.
"Then what?"
"If, I told you I would have to kill you." I glared at him, receding farther into the little wedge. This was getting awfully annoying especially with his choice of words.
"Your going to kill me any way aren’t you?"
He raised his eyebrows "Of course, buts it’s more fun if you don’t know how."
I clenched my teeth growling some rather unholy words under my breath that I know he heard. By now he was just toying with me. "This isn’t a game." I hissed at him.
"You have no idea." He whispered untying the chest plate, and setting it to his side. "It always is." He removed one of his black gloves glancing down at his watch. "We will be landing in about a minute." He stood up, forcing me up and into his chest, while using his other arm to hold me there.
"What are you doing?" I barked quite loudly attempting to push him away, but of course, even one of his arms was enough to hold me down, and after seeing him pull out a gun from a sheath on his leg I stopped immediately. "Why are you..." My eyes widened as he aimed it to the back of the pilots seat, using his other hand to forcefully open the door.
"What do you really think I have an accomplice in this...I can’t let there be any evidence, and you simply disappeared, dying in a crash might be more befitting."
I glanced at the passing ground, then at the gun "Wait, Scaris you can't!" A gun shot rang out and I suddenly felt myself being pushed from the helicopter and into the sky.
