“S-scaris?” I walked in quietly shutting the door behind me. I could spot a figure laying in the bed before me, but I approached it cautiously. I kept repeating those letters in my head, my heartbeat racing. “HHTF, HHTF, HHTF.”
“Can you be quiet your ruining my concentration.” I froze, that was a girl’s voice. “W-what?”
“Shh, think your words, this is Alison, I’m in your mind, so quit ranting, I'll tell you what to do.” I sighed inwardly “Wait, how did you?”
“No time to explain, I’m here to help you out.” I swallowed, my eyes scanning over the sleeping figure “Good, then do I just wake him up?”
“Yes, but don’t worry, he should be able to control himself now. Remember everything I told you. This is very, very important.” I nodded slowly, but mentally slapped myself knowing she couldn't’t see me. Or could she?
“Can you see?”
“No, but I told you no time to explain. Wake him up now!” I winced at the sound of her voice. What was so urgent?
Then steadily I approached the bed closing my eyes for a moment of preparation before I reached my hand out towards his shoulder.
By then I wasn’t sure what had happened. This had all just flashed before my eyes once, as if I had tripped. The bed suddenly flew through my vision, and before I knew it I was facing the room, the bed behind me, along with a cool body. “Alison!” I yelled in my mind, and no response. “Alison.” I whispered but was suddenly silenced as a hand slipped over my mouth “I wouldn’t do that if I were you…”
The sound of the voice caused me to tense in their grip. I could feel a hand around my waist, disabling one of my arms and the other, moved to grasping my wrist catching me immobile.
“Who are you?” I felt chills run up my spine, as they whispered against my neck, their breath cold. “Who?”
“Arian, are you OK!? Something went wrong and the signal started going berserk. I think someone is messing up my mind communication!”
I closed my eyes tightly, as the voice meet my ears again “Tell her your fine…” I breathed in carefully relaying the message.
“Arian, you don’t sound OK did something happened?”
“Yes, I’m OK.” I repeated slightly more composed. “Good, girl.” The voice said tilting my head to the side with theirs.
No I wasn’t going to let this happen, yet I had no options until that word flew into my mind “HHTF!” I nearly shouted.
“Arain! Answer me! Can you hear me!?” I heard Alison shouting from who knows where now. I felt too tired to care. “HHTF you say?” I didn’t want to answer. I could see their face now through narrow eyes. Pale skin, raven blue hair, two different eyes, this was Scaris? No…it couldn't be.
“Alison…” He nearly cooed
“I believe it’s a little late for that.”
Suddenly there was dead silence, from that voice that had been screaming so loudly in my mind before. The quiet followed by a response that caused him to grin, his long fangs exposed clearly past his lips.
“Arain…get out of there. NOW.”
